WHAT TO EXPECT:

EMERGENCY FIRE DAMAGE REPAIR

All fire damage restorations begin the process by assessing damaged areas. Smoke and fire damage can consist of acidic smoke and soot after the fire is put out, as quickly as 24hrs. This timeframe is crucial for the mitigation process. Common causes of Fire damage can include: kitchen fires, electrical fires, candles, appliances or heaters, etc.

CALL + SPEAK TO A SPECIALIST

When you call us, you are immediately routed to a trained damage specialist. Our specialist will ask a series of questions to accurately assess the situation; including information about the incident, insurance if applicable, details of the emergency and if there is visible damage, etc.

1.

PROFESSIONAL BOARD-UP

Once the damage has been assessed, we will be onsite to begin emergency board-up services to prevent additional damage to the structure. This includes removal of damaged contents and building materials, as well as, water damage assessment and services if applicable. Once this is completed, we can begin the restoration process which may include: structural repairs, structural drying from fire removal, and the removal and replacement of insulation.

3.

ONSITE DAMAGE ASSESMENT

After the initial phone assessment, we will send a certified IICRC technician to physically evaluate the damage of your property. This will include a thorough inspection and assessment to determine the scope of the damage and the best approach to mitigation and repairs.

2.

FIRE + SMOKE DEODORIZATION

Once the structural damage is removed and/or restored, the process isn't over. Most porous materials will retain moisture and if it's not properly addressed,  secondary, long-term damage may occur. To prevent such damage we provide HEPA vacuuming and wet wiping to all surfaces and contents with EPA approved anti-microbial solutions, send soft goods out for further cleaning and deodorization if applicable, and lastly deodorization with an ozone generator.
