OUR SERVICES
WHAT TO EXPECT:
EMERGENCY WATER DAMAGE REPAIR
All water damage situations are different, but all require immediate inspection + assessment from a trained specialist. Water leak mitigation can include: burst pipes, water leaks, active leaks or sewer backup.
CALL + SPEAK TO A SPECIALIST
When you call us, you are immediately routed to a trained damage specialist. Our specialist will ask a series of questions to accurately assess the situation; including information about the incident, insurance if applicable, details of the emergency and if there is visible damage, etc.
1.
WATER REMOVAL + EXTRACTION
Most times water removal + extraction is necessary to remove the water from your home. This requires professional equipment to quickly and effectively remove the water to reduce drying time and eliminate the chance for mold growth or secondary damage. Emergency water removal can include: industrial strength wet/dry vacuums, pumps, moisture detectors, etc.
3.
ONSITE DAMAGE ASSESMENT
After the initial phone assessment, we will send a certified IICRC technician to physically evaluate the damage of your property. This will include a thorough inspection and assessment to determine the scope of the damage and the best approach to mitigation and repairs.
2.
DE-HUMIDIFICATION + DRYING PROCESS
Once the water is removed, the process isn't over. Most porous materials will retain moisture and if it's not properly addressed, secondary, long-term damage may occur. To prevent such damage (mold, warping, swelling, etc.) we use specialized industrial-grade equipment, like air movers and dehumidifiers to monitor and further remove water and moisture.
